FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PET DAYCARE FAQ

What if I am unable to pick up my pet on time?

We understand that emergencies can occur. If this is the case and you are unable to pick up your pet until closing time, we will make arrangements so that one of our pet-loving professionals can stay overnight with your pet, for an additional boarding fee. Pets will then be put in daycare (free of charge) the following day and must be picked up by 12pm.

What happens if my pet gets hurt?

Although we take great measures to provide the safest environment for your pet, similar to children on a playground, minor injuries can happen. This is an inherent risk that you accept by using our services. You will be contacted promptly to be informed of the accident and may decide on how you would like us to proceed. Although serious injuries are rare, if an accident were to occur, we can rush your pet to the nearest vet right across the street. We will always do what’s in the best interest of your pet.

Will big and small dogs play together?

We have small and big dogs together as long as they have similar activity level. For the safety of our members, we monitor all dogs during play will separate them if needed.

Can my senior dog go to daycare?

We require a temperament test to determine how your dog will feel in an environment that involves group play. Senior dogs may experience more stress from being away from their pawrents for an extended period of time. We only want what’s best for your pup, therefore under certain circumstances we may suggest that our daycare may not be a great fit for dogs of a certain age.

Should I feed my dog before daycare?

We recommend feeding them 60 minutes prior to daycare, as excessive playing can cause bloating or stomach irritation.

What does my dog need for daycare?

All dogs must pass a temperament test, have all vaccination records, be on flea medication and have a snap release collar.
